Jsi Resort Megamendung - Puncak

Our family recently stayed in a resort nestled in the mountain range, just a short distance from a major junction. Despite being located close to the busy city, we felt rejuvenated thanks to the clean and cold air. the minimalist design of the room, combined with impeccable services and delicious breakfast, provided a comfortable and homey experience. the on, site activities such as ATV and off, roading added another layer of excitement.

We encountered some hiccups upon arrival, such as issues with keys and water pressure in the bathroom, which made our check, in a bit inconvenient.

The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The location was also perfect as it provided a serene atmosphere in this city. The breakfast provided was superb, and I enjoyed it very much.

Not obvious to find.

What a refreshing Easter weekend we had! The fresh mountain air and stunning views were just what we needed. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor play areas, as well as the spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and provided outstanding service. Plus, we appreciated the delicious breakfast and the fact that we were able to avoid the traffic by staying at this conveniently located resort.

The water outlets in the bathroom were not working properly and the shower was not very enjoyable due to the uneven water pressure. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy and blew directly onto the bed, which was not very comfortable during the night.

During Easter, my family and I had a wonderful time at a resort in Puncak. The spacious area of the resort offered a variety of outdoor activities to enjoy, such as ATV rides and offroading. The breakfast served was great, with a good range of choices to suit different tastes. We also appreciated the resort's convenient location, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area.

Our stay at the resort wasn't without its faults. We encountered some issues upon arrival, such as being assigned the wrong room and having to move our luggage to another cabin. Additionally, the water outlets had uneven pressure and the AC was noisy. Although these were minor issues, they detracted from our overall experience at the resort.
